    Please ensure that all customization details, including text, images, and any other personalization, are correct before submitting your order. We cannot accept responsibility for errors in customized information once the order has been confirmed.

  2. Orders Requiring Photos
    If your order requires you to submit a photo, please send the photo immediately after placing your order. If we do not receive the required photo within 24-48 hours, your order will be canceled in order to maintain timely production and delivery.

  3. Updates on Shipping and Customization
    If you need to update any shipping details or make any changes to the personalization after your order has been placed, please notify us within 12 hours of placing the order. Once production begins, changes are no longer possible.

🔔 Return Policy for Personalized Orders

  • No Returns Unless Manufacturer’s Error: We do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturer’s error or a defect in the product. Personalized items that have been customized and printed cannot be returned unless they meet these criteria.

  • Order Cancellation: Once the production process has started, it is no longer possible to cancel the order or make changes to the customization details. Please ensure all information is correct before we begin production.

  • Return for Refund: If your personalized order qualifies for a return due to a manufacturer’s error, we offer a full refund. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order for us to proceed with the return and refund process. The product must be returned in its original condition for verification.

  • Checking Information: We strongly recommend double-checking all customization details and contacting us immediately if there are any changes or concerns before production begins.
